Oh, today's annoyance is definitely people who use Macs. And their attitude that no one who uses a PC has a chance of helping them fix their little still sticky from the Cracker Jack residue systems. Oh, and today was report day. That's always a lot of fun. I didn't win this week. I answered 145 calls, James answered 171. I'll try harder. I just drank the last of my Mountain Dew, and my supervisor is singing. And I really gotta pee, and I can't get off the phone.
