I went to the open house thing today. Maybe I do stand a small chance. The multitude of people who showed up to apply for the same one of six jobs I did seemed to waste all of those questions on, "It says A+ certification is required, but do I REALLY NEED IT?" The guy giving the presentation proceeded to tell them that if they had, oh, say, 5 years of experience, and no certification, they'd "look" at their resumes... Wow... That's a good deal.
