Sis's car window got stuck down. She came home driving her boyfriend's truck, and leaves her car at his house, with the window hole all taped up. Dad suggests she go back, drop the truck off at her boyfried's house, and take her car to the dealership to get fixed. Now, Dad, being a driver ed teacher, (no snickering from any of you who've been in a car with me), doesn't need his own car for work, and rarely ever uses it. It hadn't been driven, or even moved, in quite some time. Sis needed a car to drive to work, dad offered his. She drives to work, comes home, and parks the car in mom's parking spot, the driveway right in front of the house, instead of on the street in front of the house, where it had been for all that time since the last time he drove it. Weeeeell, mother and I headed to the car, on our way out to run some errands. I look at the front lawn. Where dad's car had been for all that time. Lying in it's spot is this HUGE tree branch. Probably 15 feet long, really big, and really heavy. Another spot next to it on the lawn had a stick about 3 feet long and maybe 2 inches in diameter, stuck about three inches into the ground. We didn't want to try out luck, and scurried quickly to the car.
