Our call tracking system at work allows us to sort calls by owner, or, the person that created the call ticket, and shows the number of calls that person has logged since the system was put in place. Based on the first calls logged, it appears this system was put in place; 01/03/00, roughly 2 years and 2 months before I started working here. The stats for calls logged are as follows:

Coworker 1, going on 9 years at AIP: 6620
Coworker 2, 7 years at AIP: 12866
Manager, not sure, but over 10 years at AIP: 3916
Lisa, nearly 3 years at AIP: 13123




Currently this bad day is rated as a 2
