Ugh. They're relaunching things at work again. Things that suck before...that they don't fix...and successfully introduce a whole new slew of bugs into in the relaunch. It's painful. They don't do testing. The support staff finds out about the relaunch when the first customer calls to say that it doesn't work. And then, after we send 10,000 emails telling them what a disaster their new product is, and they manage to fix about 1/3 of the new problems, still netting 2/3 more disaster than existed in their pre-re-launched but still amazingly crappy product, they all pat themselves on the back for doing such a good job.
