Naming Your Cat
If you haven't already picked out a name, do so as soon as possible, and start using it. If you choose a long, aristocratic name, you should also have a shorter nickname to use during training.
You'll want your cat to get used to the sound of your voice, so use his name often. Talk soothingly while he eats. Always praise him when he uses his litter box. Hold and caress him when he responds to his name. It won't take long for him to learn his name because he will associate your call with love.

Well, we tried all that, and it didn't work. So, we decided if we couldn't get Frank to answer to his name, we'd name Frank something that he answers to! So, without further ado, I'd like to introduce you to our cat:

This is an oscilloscope produced graphic representation of the sound of the catfood box being shaken. Until such time as we're able to pronounce or spell this out, he will be referred to as, "The Cat Formerly Known As Frank."
