I'm really pretty helpless without the SuprKyle around. I tried to make myself microwave popcorn today. I followed...well...some of the directions on the popcorn. At least the ones that said to not use the popcorn button on the microwave, but instead just cook it for 3 minutes. About 2 minutes and 40 seconds in, I realized I hadn't heard any popping in a while, and opened up the microwave. I tore into the bag, and smoke started pouring out. There was a rather large clump of burned popcorn in the middle. Afraid it might burst into flames, I separated it from the rest of the popcorn and threw it in the sink. I doused it with water. It sizzled and dissolved, and I washed it down the drain. Then I ate the rest of the semi-burned and smoked popcorn. It was dinner afterall. |
